Hi could I have a private post please

I’m 37 weeks pregnant and went in to hospital on Saturday and was 1cm dilated and my contractions stopped so got sent home. Since then I have been getting contractions on and off but nothing to make me go back to hospital has any one had this and is there anything I can do to get things moving again.
