Hi could I have a private post please

Looking for some advice….since having my baby 5 months ago and feel like I’m really struggling as a mum to my kids, I can’t handle day to day life as a mum and can’t see any hope at all. Has anyone else felt this way after having a baby? Everything seems like such an effort I just feel like I’m failing my kids and don’t know where to turn. Any advice with how to get through this
