hi could i have a private post to the page please, i’ve recently started full time college and i have a one year old, i still live at home with my younger sister and my mum, she has recently moved in her new partner and i’ve tried so hard to get on with him and he just doesn’t like me, he keeps on making snide comments about me, i don’t even want to leave my room anymore and don’t feel welcome in my own home, he’s been slagging me off all night from the next room and i’ve heard every single word, i’ve done absolutely nothing but be nice to him, i can’t deal with it anymore😢. i’m 19 years old and i’m going to look into getting my own place but i have no idea where to start, i get income support whilst i’m at college but will i get any help towards rent or not? and the council housing list is really long in my area, so i’m just looking into my options really, i have got family members that have said i can stay with them but i don’t want to over stay my welcome, any advice please?😞
