Hi could I have private post please. My four month old son just won’t go down for daytime naps and will only go to sleep if I walk around with him for about half an hour! He just fights it completely, I’ve tried making sure he’s not over tired but then he won’t sleep, I’ve tried putting him down when he’s drowsy but he can only self settle at night. I’ve tried to follow eat/play/sleep routine but that doesn’t work either. He’s currently asleep on me I just can’t face trying to put him down in case he wakes up screaming! I used to put him down in the living room, but now I’ve read he should sleep where he sleeps during the night and in a dark room.. But then I don’t want him to only be able to sleep in a dark room! I know he’s too young to cry it out, but he’s just getting too heavy to do this for every nap. Please help!! Thank you xxx
