Hi could i have some advice please…
Long story short i broke up with my ex of 5 years due to him being verbally, physically and emotionally abusive. Massive control freak, if i went out he would ring me constant asking where and who i was with, went through my phone etc… we have a 3 year old little boy and when it comes to see him its a nightmare. He wont have him and if he does see him he comes to mine to just sit on his phone or will hardly play with him. He always trys to creep around me asking to stay and i always point blank say no your here for our son not me. Hell then get nasty calling me names which im sad to say im use to but i cant deal with it anymore. I told him tonight i no longer want him round mine and if he wants to see our son it will have to be at his (mums as he still lives with her) or not at all. Am i being unfair saying this? I dont want my son to miss out but hes not really a dad anyway, he does nothing, gives me no support or help towards cost im doing this by myself pretty much and have done since the day he was born. Im still really close with his mum who thinks hes being a child but theres only so much she can do… im only 20, hes 24 and ive literally had enough of his bullshit and acting this way, am i right to say if he doesnt man up and become a proper dad then dont bother at all?
