Hi could you please put this up privately thank u.

Hi need some advise please or whether anyone has been through same thing with tax credit.
Me and my partner have 2 children under 4 and have live together tax credits wanted to do a check as he is self employed new legislation apparent. He earned 12000this year and I am unemployed until both children are in full time. My tax credits have been stopped for 10 weeks and we have struggled to pay all bills and rent (private £750 😳) but today heard back off them and they said they don’t believe my partner has regular and organised work to claim this, when he does as I’ve sent them everything they asked for such as bank statement invoices receipts all sorts! So I have appealed it and they haven’t even processed my child tax credit wen I phone they said call us end of the week and I have literally no money 😩 just wondered if anyone been through something similar x
