Hi could you post for me please.. bit of a gross subject I have a 4 month old and for the last few weeks his dirty nappies have been very dark green, with the odd “normal” one now and again. I thought it could be down to dehydration but he has sips of water throughout the day and 8oz every 3/4 hours. He also sometimes goes a full day without a dirty nappy, does this sound normal and will it pass or do I need to see a doctor? TIA x
