Hi could you post please?
Me and the ex broke up 2 weeks ago… we both agreed, i offered a break but he refused, we have 2 kids together, last week he turned up at 11.30pm and saw my friend which is a guy leave my house, so he came to the door when he left and kept knocking, i never answered and he finally left. He had the kids yesterday, i came back and he had been rooting through my outside bin and found a condom wrapper in one of the bags (from us) but he thinks im sleeping with my friend… anyway, because of this he said hes now taking my car off me, the finance is in his name, but we agreed if pay the finance from now on, but now he wants to take it… do i have any rights to keep the car as its for taking my kids to school and for me to work 😣 log book is in my name but got told that doesnt make a difference. Thanks x
