Hi could you post please

Wondering if you can all help me make my mind up. Its not baby related sorry. Ive worked with a company for five years now doing care work. My little one is due to start nursery so i have had to ask to change my avaliability. I can no longer work weekends due to having no childcare available. My company have told me that i have to work a shift on the weekend. So i applied for another job doing the same type of work where i dont have to work weekends. So had the interview got the job and due to start at the ebd of the month. Hamded in my resignation and now the company who i work for at the moment have contacted me and said they really dont want to lose me and have said its ok for me not to work weekends anymore. The new company that i have got a job with will reinburse me for my travel expenses that i dont get with my current company. They have offered to fund my nvq training aswell. If i went with the pros i would go to the new company.but i just feel a sense of loyalty and feel bad to leave where i am now. Feel like im letting them down !!
