Hi, could you post this anonymously please!

I’m after some advice! I’m sat here with 2 of my 3 children and looking after my 2 nephews! On the way out from dropping my nephews my brother in law heard my delightful neighbour bitching about me to another! Saying I’m always shouting at the kids and that she will ‘mention’ when my dog jumped and got another of my neighbours! (I’m not entirely sure what happened but hubby said he jumped at her and got her) I was so apologetic to this neighbour and we have since only walked him in the eve and first thing in the morning and always keep him away from other people’s children as obviously can’t trust them 100% but he adores my kids!
I’m just after advice on how to deal with it? And who is she mentioning things to? My kids are happy, healthy and in general I think I’m an ok mum! Although I feel like the worse one at the mo! I only ever shout when it’s needed and I do try not to! We have had run ins with her before but knowing she is going round slagging me off is now really upsetting me! What do I do? Thank you x
