37 weeks today been having tightenings since Monday what do these actually mean midwifes not much help 🙈x
Looks like to me ur gettin regular contractions so maybe that’s the start of baby coming x
Top one is baby’s heart rate the bottom one is your contractions. The midwife will explain if you ask her.
