Does anyone know any private landlords in nottingham that accept people on housing benefit or anyone know how to get a council house quicker please? This is going to sound so selfish of me but My brother his gf and baby have been lodging at mine waiting for a council property to come up (their on band A homlessness but its taken 6 months already!) 2bh I really want my home back to myself and my girl!! I cant stand people staying at my house at the best of times but they’ve been here 4 months now and I really feel like I’m going to loose my marbles 🙈 they don’t help with anything! I’m having to ask to use my own washing machiene, when my clothes are wet on the airer drying they will take mine and my daughters stuff off to hang theirs up, I’m having to go to my mums to shower as all my hot water keeps running out, they leave the TV and lights on all the time and my house is constantly in such a mess!! (Not dirty just stuff everywhere) I feel like a visitor in my own home!! I can’t kick them out they’ve got a little baby! I just don’t know what to do I’m at my wits end so can someone please help! Thank you and sorry if I sound like a bitch!
