Hi hun can I have a private post please? I’ve had a bad back for the last 2-3 days, to the point I can’t sleep at night and I’ve got two kids to look after. My youngest still depends on me carrying him down stairs in the morning etc but when I do carry him I feel like I’m going to collapse and be sick? 😢 anyone got any home remedies before I phone nhs24😢 tia c
