Hi I need some advice.
I split with my ex over a year ago due to him being an alcoholic and abusive he went to rehab etc.
He was in contact and I was civil through Facebook for a while then things turned sour and I asked him to stop contact. He hasn’t stopped going as far as contacting my mum and my sister I have seen the police on 3 separate ocassions and they have seen all messages and correspondence and have told him to stop contacting me.
He is now emailing me and I’m unsure whether I go back to the police or go to a lawyer. The content is not threatening it’s pointless stupid messages but it’s stressing me out
