Hi I really need some advice please?

My 8 year old son doesnt sleep anymore 😭 he used to be a brilliant sleeper never had any problems on a night time, lately though he will to sleep at normal bedtime but within two hours he will start crying saying he can’t sleep, and then doesn’t go to sleep.. which leaves me on zero sleep.. I also have a 3 year old to look after, I need some advice please as anyone been through this and managed to stop this happening? He will cry for hours I have no idea why! I’m up at 7 and Iv managed to sleep for an hour all night.. I feel like speaking to his headteacher at school because I need to speak to someone, doctors are in NO rush to give me an appointment 😭😭 thank you
