Hi is anybody available and educated about renting a house ? I basically need some advice .
In 2013 the landlord had a safety check and was advised on replacing the boiler a new one was recommend.
The back boiler which is attached to the gas fire has gone ..I did take the gas fire out and replaced with a modern electric one .
He is now saying I have 1 month to get it sorted otherwise he is sending my guarantor a bill and possible eviction .
I feel like I’m being robbed
