Hi is there anyway i could get a private post please? I am 17 weeks pregnant and have been diagnosed with ‘trench mouth’ which is a really bad gum disease which makes my teeth feel like theyre going to shatter constantly and extreme pain, the entire top of my tongue is covered in ulcers and sores as well as the inside of my cheeks. It really is the worst thing I’ve had. Im on a lot of anti biotics and various mouth washes ect but my problem is i physically cannot eat. Ive tried cold soup and everything but the pain is just far far too much. This will be the 5th day of eating nothing at all, my question is has anyone else been through this or found something they somehow managed to eat or drink? How long can you go without food before it starts affecting baby? Doctor didnt seem worried but i really am! Thanks in advance x
