Hi ladies can I have some advice please? I’ve recently started letting my 18mo settle herself to sleep. When I leave the room she does get upset for about 30 secs then lays down, but she still takes up to an hour to sleep. I feel horrible that she’s just on her own in that time but she’s not crying at all. Is this okay? Or should I try to help her sleep more? TIA
