Hi little bit of advice me and my little boy want to get my partner his step dad a surprise of some adoption papers so he can adopt my little boy,just a little background I didn’t find out I was pregnant with little boy until 33 weeks gone and his biological dad told me to get an abortion when I found out his boi dad was mentally and emotional abusive towards me so choose my son over him and kicked him out since then his dad has now transitiond into a women which I have no problems with but has not seen my little one since he moved out, doesnt text or ring to see how he is,doesnt pay for him, my partner has been part of my little ones life since he was 8 month old and has stood by us through thick and thin my little boys bio dad had already gave us permission for his step dad to sign the paperwork in fact his bio dad has already told people he has signed it but when we went to check we were told we had to be married can anyone help
