Hi Mums 👋 just looking for a bit of advice, I noticed when me son was a baby that he had a small dimple at the top of his bum but thought nothing of it, anyway he is 5 now and last night was laying on his tummy and noticed that the dimple was more prominent and the top of his bum was closed, I googled it as you do, not expecting to find anything and it became obvious that it was something called a “Sacral Dimple” I have read that only 2% of babies are born with this and it can be anything from normal to Spina Bifida related which has obviously got me a bit worried, I am planning on taking him to the pediatrician on Monday but wondered if anyone else has had experience of this and the outcome? Thank you Ladies any advise would be muchly appreciated xx
