Hi please can I ask for some advice anonymously
Hi my little boys nursery manager asked me the other day (and other parents) if we knew anybody who could come in to nursery and play santa for the kids. I think this is a lovely idea however when one of the other parents asked if santa could be anybody (i think she meant relatives friends etc) the manager said yes anyone will do. Am I completely over reacting in thinking well no this shouldn’t be just anyone? Am I over reacting in wanting to ask if this person would have a DRB/CRB check before entering a class full of small children?

I would go and ask her? And say you said anyone but will this anyone be dbs checked. I certainly would ask.
