Hi please can I have a ppp. Last night I sold a car to a guy Who came down from Leeds to view it he checked under the Bonnet checked the oil checked the water check the tires the lights and even took it for a test drive to the petrol station once at the petrol station he told me he was happy to take the car and paid me in cash, after this I left and tonight I’ve received a tx message off his partner sayin that they want to bring the car back as they said when there starting the car it’s taking 3/4 attempts. When I had the car I had no issues with it it was motd in August with no advisories or anything and I had no issues while I had it. When he came last night he started the car and it fired up first time jus like it had been with me. Is there anything in law that says that they can return the car and I have to pay the money back?
