Hi please could you post privately please?

My son is 16 months old, the past 2 weeks he is refusing to sleep at night and he also won’t nap in the day! As you can imagine I’m feeling the pressure as I also have a 3 year old to care for on zero energy.

I’m assuming this is sleep regression? How long does it last?!
