Hi please may I have a private post. I was just wondering whether their are any mummy’s out there who have conceived with diabetes- type 1. I already have a little girl of 7. Have been ttc for over a year now. I have had had tests and scans and everything has come back clear. I was diagnosed type 1 diabetic when my daughter was very young after having a bad case of flu. I had a miscarriage 6 years ago- unplanned pregnancy and they believed this was down to my diabetes and having high sugar levels at the beginning. My diabetes is under control I have good readings, eat healthy don’t smoke or drink track my ovulation day. It’s come back myself and my partner are fine to have children no problems. I just wanted to hear people’s stories as it really worries me. Thank you xx
