Hi pls can u post the pic above and this x

My daughter suffers with tonsillitis and going back in March she had another bout of it with more antibiotics but we have recently noticed this at the back of her throats but she doesn’t have any symptoms of tonsillitis x I have Drs booked but just wondered if anyone had an idea xx
