Hi im 10 weeks pregnant and im taking 2 lots of folic acid one for how high my bmi is and the other for the vitamins ect.. trouble is im not very good with taking tablets has it is and on 3 different occasions I have been sick straight away after 😞 I take it at night time. Anyone else had this problem?

Have a ginger biscuit with yr folic acid hun it will stop the sickness and the remembering to take them just get into the habit of it get people to remind u it comes naturally after a while x
Folic acid tends to make my morning sickness worse when i was first pregnant with all of mine so stopped having it before the 12 weeks but my babies have been fine when I have x
I just bought these, you take them with your main meal so might be easier to remember x
You can get liquid prenatal vitamins if that helps x
