Hi ppp
Basically I was recently receiving child maintenance throu collect and pay then my ex changed it to direct pay 2 months later I still hadn’t received a payment so called and all got sent back over to collect and pay I just had call from child maintenance service stating that the job centre have refused the request as he is already paying a loan out of his benefits I’m absolutely raging Any advice on what to do please thank you

Hi can I get a reply post on there please hi girls yea he’s on benefits never worked a day in his life now 30 so don’t think job is going to happen tbh just upsets me that he don’t want to help contribute to his son 😞 and I know only 5 but I just been hit with benefit cap so that would help put towards my rent 😞
I honestly wouldn’t fuss. He’s showing what kind of father he is by not helping pay for the children he helped create. Not much you can do if job centre have refused the payments, just make sure to catch him when he gets a new jobx
If he’s on job seekers isn’t it only £5 anyway I agree it should go to your child rather than a loan though xx
