Hi ppp, hand foot and mouth question. My 2.5 year little girl was diagnosed with it on Friday as she has the spots on and around her mouth, also inside her mouth. Firstly is there any cream I can put on the spots on her face or am I best to just leave them? Secondly although the nurse said on Friday that she will be ‘covered’ within 24 hours there is only thankfully one or two on her feet, none on hands and a couple on her ear so can you just get hfmd mainly on face only? I was wondering if it was chickenpox or impetigo as they tend to look very similar! Lastly when should the spots start to heal? Thanks
