Hi ppp if I say no to my daughters father taking my daughter away for two weeks with his new girlfriend , can he still take her without my permission and without me signing her passport …? Please no bashing it’s just a simple question thank you .

Yes, only IF it goes threw the courts and they allow it. Keep in mind depending on the child’s age, family life, medical/school and the custody order they won’t allow it.
No you have to sign the form, but please don’t use your child as a weapon.. just because you can’t go on the holiday doesn’t mean your child has to miss out..
