Me and my husband are talking about moving near his hometown. It’s about 2 hours down the road from where we live. He moved for me originally as I already had a house and hadn’t lived at home for a long time and missed my family. He’s now missing his really badly, and his grandparents aren’t in the best of health, he’s been up here for 3 years. Also his daughter lives there with her mother so would mean he got more time with her. I’ve not long enrolled in college so want to finish my course first but I’m quite happy to move and wish I’d moved there first tbh. My issue is how do I tell my family. My mum will be heartbroken as I’ll obviously be taking my son with me and she dotes on him. Ny sisters too. I know there’s nothing stopping them coming to see me or me coming to see them but I know there reactions and feel like I’ve got to choose between my husband and family 😔
