Hi private post please. I’m a single mum of two, their dad left me 4 years ago and has left their life fully for two years and have nothing to do with them at all. I’m taking him to court as he keeps threatening to kidnap them from school. So today I see two police cars at the school and straight away I went into panic mode and then couldn’t find my son where he was meant to be I finally found him, he wasn’t in danger just didn’t go the after school club like he should have. The after school club lady has rung social services saying I was erratic n shouldn’t have acted like I did. Am I in the wrong?

Let me tell you something, father or not especially being a astranged father. If anyone said they would kidnap my son I would be in his classroom with him. I would phone the school and ask for a meeting and explain the situation so they understand why. Better that you overreact than do nothing 👋
No you are not being erratic!If he was meant to attend after school club then the school shouldve been searching for him wondering where he was when he’s meant to be in their care!
