Hi! Sorry could I please have a private post

I think I’m just a little paranoid but could I get the advice of other ladies please
I’ve had a fair few miscarriages but now I’m currently 13 weeks and getting pains all accross my tummy. Logic tells me it’s growing pains but I’m being sick more than normal too! Is this normal? Thank you in advance x
