Hi will put a picture post on for me please?

So the last 2 days my boobs have felt very tender and my right breast is painful and today in the shower I noticed this red lump/spot kind of thing is this just a spot of should I be concerned? I have a hard lump under my right nipple that I had scanned few month ago and was told it’s nothing the lump has got bigger and my breast is more painful but the spot is worrying me any advice would be great x
