Hi xan post this privately please so I’ve posted a few times me and my husband split due to domestic violence he is in the military we have a nearly 2 year old girl togther she hadn’t seen him for neqrly a year he never bothered up until now he never hurt her either just me i did deny contact but just having a think past few days it’s not fair on me to deni her or him that relationship social services were informed about the abuse but never came out because I went to a refuge and there was no problem with me i.never got police involved either as the army delt with the disipline side of things, I want to sort contact out between our self’s so I can be tjere with my girl until she gets to no him and feel Comfortabke and if all goes well he can start having her on his own but how do we go about this to sort this out between our self’s with out getring into trouble I don’t want to go to coirt or contack centre no one would feel comfortable in those would it be my health visitor or social services he has agreed to do any courses and also anger management if needs be,.I no it we was to meet up I would get in trouble as I would be seen to ve putting my self and.daughter at risk well that’s what I’ve been told I jusy dony no how to go around it all im no longer in a refudge either any advice would be great
