Hi,can I have a pp please?.. bought sma baby milk Sunday,made a bottle today and there was a long piece of yellow plastic in my boys bottle..anyone know how to word an email complaining.as it is a choking hazard..I’m really rubbish with this sort of thing…thanks x x

Send them a pic of the plastic and dates on tin etc and make it clear what outcome u would like from it and they will open an investigation x
Not to sound daft but was it the scoop to measure out the food ???
Just write where and when you bought it the dates and ref no on tin what you found d t use inflamitory words just state the facts
