Can I have a pp please on Mummys please

I had an early positive pregnancy test Friday , not due on till 10th ish so would of only been about 2 weeks, anyway yesterday I had lots cramps at lunch time and bleed kinda felt I was coming on and then slowed down over the rest of day. It was dark red/ bright red and a couple lumps
Today there’s been a tiny bit of colour in my wipe but next to nothing
Could this of be a heavy implantation bleed or the other, I’ve never had it before would be second pregnancy didn’t have any implantation bleed last one. Not sure what I’m supposed to do next just wait or contact someone. Thanks in advance x
