Today at 6 weeks gestation
They can’t hear a heartbeat the embryo is not growing I want to have a natural miscarriage any recommendations what to do or eat or drink.

Hang on! There’s often no heartbeat visible at 6 weeks. They should have made you an appointment for another scan in 10 days time. Please ask for a 2nd opinion xx
