hi can i have a pp please bit of a long one i have a 2 year old daughter and pregnanr with my 2nd child anyway my childrens dad (ex partner) has been controlling me for the past few years before i got pregnant wjth my daughter all the way up to the other week he was constantly telling.me what to do taking all my.money and leaving me with nothing not even a pot to piss in anyhow i stud up to him the other week because he wanted monwy for drink and drugs i said no because enough was enough anyhow he turned up at my home and started screamig and shouting at me he then thretend to take our daughter hes not on the birth certificate due to certain cercumstances when she was born so i told hom he couldnt take her mind you it was 1 in the morning so when he tried to take her i stoodnin the doorway so he couldnt take her and then he threw me up the wall hw was getting angryier and angrier by the minuete i managed to get my daughter in my arms while.i was holding her he went to punch me but punched the door instead i was really svared at this point as he had never been like it before then he started thretening sayi g he was gonna kill my unborn child and get someone to beat me up when they saw me thretend to bomb my house etc now the oyher day he asked to see his daughtwe ans i said no straight away but now he is saying hes going to take me to court does anybody think he will be granted acess because.of the vilence and threts towards me and my daughter ( hes never hit.my daughter) and has anybody been through the courts for acess if so how does it work and how long i really dont trust him and think my kids will be better without him thanks x
