Hiya can any of you lovely ladies help. I got sterilised almost 9 years ago my periods are still really irregular. I can have one then another 2 weeks later then 8 weeks after that. When I get them I’m in so much pain you would think I was in labour. Painkillers dint help much do you do any good home remedies to help ease the pain please. Thank you xx
