Hiya can I have a pp please? my 8 month old son this last couple of weeks.. around 10/11pm everynight he is waking up and is wanting to play for hours and he is so hard to get back to sleep, most nights he keeps me up til around 2am and im exhausted, he has 1 or 2 naps throughout the day then I put him to bed around 8/9pm.. hes a very playful energetic baby but he doesnt usually get up late for playtime.. just been the last couple of weeks. Is this normal?? Any tips on how to encourage him to sleep? Feeling abit lost! X thankyou mummies xx

Try cut his last nap out and put to bed hour later my little one was like this after couple weeks he got into routine goin at 11pm wskes up at 7 x
