Hiya can I have a ppp? Sorry for the long post ladies, just really want some advice. Basically something happened on Tuesday to me and my mates mum outside a primary school where I was assaulted for doing something I didn’t do. Well basically, my Boyfriends ex has got involved when it’s got nothing to do with her, and nothing to do with my boyfriend so I have no idea why she’s got involved. But on Wednesday she said we wasn’t allowed to have my boyfriends son (we have him Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and the odd weekend) it’s not the first time she’s done this. I was wondering if anyone knows much about Residential Orders? And would my boyfriend be able to get one against her? He is on the birth certificate and is such a great dad! I hate seeing him so upset over the fact she can choose when we can/can’t have him! Thankyou
