Hiya, can I have a ppp.
Struggling with bedtime!
I’ve got a 3 1/2 year old daughter and a 9 month old son!
I’m really struggling, not only am I exhausted running around after the 2 of them all day (including a teething baby!) they both won’t sleep! I find it hard to have any kind of routine with them. I am breastfeeding my LO so find it easier to bring my daughter in with me while I feed and let her fall asleep in my bed and carry her through to her bed, I’m aware it’s not the best idea but I can’t get her to stay in her bed while I’m feeding the baby. Once she’s asleep she’s pretty good and will stay in her bed all night but it’s taking me til 11pm some nights, also my son wakes every 1/2-1 hour to feed, I’m absolutely exhausted! Haven’t had a full nights sleep in 3 1/2 years 🙈😩Any ideas please?! TIA ☺️
