Hiya can I have a private post please? Basically I have a three year old and a month old, I’m sure I’ve got postnatal depression and I’ve gone back on my tablets but I didn’t think it was that bad. I don’t feel any resentment towards the baby at all, he’s easy as anything however I’m really struggling with my three year old. I literally want to just get in my car and go away and not come back and I feel like all of my bad days stem from her. I hate feeling like this because she’s so tiny and obviously isn’t trying to make me unhappy but she’s so so difficult at the moment I don’t know what to do. Has anyone got any advice? I’ve considered counselling but not sure
