Hiya can I have a private post please? I’m currently having issues with my in laws about treating my children different to others in the family mainly my sister in law as she treats her other siblings children different to mine? Like my children get a card and few pounds here and there for birthday and Christmas. She never offers to have my children or even calls/texts to see if they’re okay but always does with the others. She never invites them round to see her or to see theyre cousins or buys them anything but does with the others and seems to be a lot too. I’m fed up of this and spoke to my partner who said that we can’t say anything as it isn’t our business what she does but really it’s not on in my opinion. My children are getting older and will start to realise how differently they are treat and to be fair I think it’s completley wrong as a auntie/uncle other family member to treat any of them different. We have had a falling out before and managed to resolve the issues but I feel like saying something myself but knowing it will cause an argument and probably cause issues between me and partner daren’t and just feel so fed up about it all it’s getting me so down. Should I say something or not? Thankyou x
