Hiya can I have a private post please.
Im haven a hard time with my depression and anxiety. Iv 2 beautiful children who I love to the ends of the earth, I do everything for them they are my world,
I was sitting a few nites ago and all off a sudden im question myself as a mum, thinking they deserve better than me,
I don’t have thoughts of harming myself just more like they can do with a better mum,
I spoke to the doctor and he did say with the change of tablets my mood, depression and anxiety will take a dip but once the tablets are in my system it will settle,
Im just feln a bit crapy really, just needed somewhere to off load,
Any advice if you guys have any thanks,
Please dont give me nasty comments I wont be able to handle it..
