Hiya can i have a private post please? Please no name.

I stopped taking my pill 2 weeks ago, I was told I’d get a bleed but that would be withdrawal bleed. I’ve not had that or my actual period. I’ve been having signs of pregnancy. Sore breasts, heartburn and waking up every morning feeling really sick. I’m also feeling really tired very quickly.
I’ve taken tests but I’m sure there negative. My “normal” period should have been due 1st November.
Has anyone had This before or have any advice? Tia xx
