Hiya, could you please post.
I just want to say to anyone who is struggling, don’t be afraid to talk. I have recently lost my best friend after she (like most people) hid her post natal depression so well. Please, talk to someone, even if you feel like you can’t tell family or friends then tell a stranger. See a doctor. You are not alone. If you want to talk to a stranger then please comment and I’ll message you and you can just message and I’ll be there to listen. No judgements, I just want to stop someone doing what my best friend has done. Thank you in advance.
P.S it will get better, no matter how dark life is right now. It will get better 💝
