I was wondering whether I have over reacted…

My sister lives an hour away from me. I always visit her when I’m in her area and regularly contact her. Yet she has never come to my house to visit me in the last 3 years apart from one Christmas and a family reunion I held at my house. Not to actually see me. I’ve since found out she has been down to visit my mum, who lives 15 mins away from me, twice recently and not even bothered to drive the 15mins extra to see me or ask me to join her at my mums to catch up. I believe relationships are a two way street. So I basically told her to F off. We’ve had a rocky relationship all our lives but I’m always putting in the effort not her. Have I overreacted?
