Hiya please can I have a private post ,

I was last on my period 23rd October 2017 and I was meant to have period on the 20th November and it’s till not come I’ve taken pregnancy test but all have come back negative anyone been in the same boat as me and why could I be late , am I pregnant but just not showing yet ? Xxxx
