Hiya please could you post an anonymous post for me please hun x long post please bare with me …. I basically start my new job next week when I went for my interview it was a 20 hour ‘flexi contract’ offered with lots of additional overtime available to work more hours … I got offered the job.. So I handed in my notice and worked my notice at my old work place.. Now they’ve rang me saying they can now only offer me one day a week at 10 hours which is still under flexi contract so I can still work overtime…. My question is I’ve used the entitled to website and its now sayin I’m not entitled to working tax credits… But ctc cb income support and housing Benefit on the 10 hours a week I’m contracted to… I’m going to be working as much overtime as I can… How will this effect me Ect how do I declare it will it be a hole load of faffing about with paper work wage slips Ect… To be honest I’d rather be contracted to minimum 16 hours so I would still get the wtc and ctc I’m used to… It’s not a lot but works for us… Hope this kind of makes sense and someone can help me x
